Recording Acknowledgement

Before you record, please confirm you understand the following.

1. The recording is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. Podvidi does not review, approve or endorse what is recorded, and is not responsible or liable for its content or for any consequence of publishing it.

2. Everyone in the room or on the call must know they are being recorded and agree to it. Obtaining that agreement is yours to do, before recording starts.

3. What you record must follow the Content Policy. If it does not, we may remove it and may suspend or end your membership.

4. In the physical studio, you are responsible for your own belongings and for any damage caused by you or your guests to the room or the equipment. Follow the operator's instructions on site.

5. Equipment and services can fail. We aim to keep every session safe and recoverable, but we cannot guarantee a recording will be captured, complete or of any particular quality, and our liability for a lost or unusable recording is limited to the fee paid for that session.
